Applying a whole person approach to treat the symptoms of injury whilst addressing the underlying cause through massage and exercise therapy to relieve pain, increase mobility, improve posture, enhance sleep, and build a better you. Also offering Swedish massage, personal training for body transformation, sports nutrition, weight management, and healthy eating plans.

I have a foundation degree in Sports Rehabilitation, a BSc (Hons) in Applied Health and Sports Sciences, and have a post graduate diploma in Human Nutrition. I also hold individual qualifications in massage, advanced sports nutrition, personal training, fitness instructing, pregnancy and women’s health, counselling skills, and psychology. I placed 4th in the MGU national fitness and figure competition in 2015, and won the SW Prestige Award for injury clinic of 2021/22
