Also offering Swedish massage, personal training for body transformation, weight management, and healthy eating plans.

I have a foundation degree in Sports Rehabilitation and BSc (Hons) in Applied Health and Sports Sciences, along with recognised qualifications in massage, advanced sports nutrition, personal training, fitness instructing, pregnancy and women’s health, counselling skills, and psychology. I am further developing this knowledge with the completion of a Masters degree in Human Nutrition with the University of Plymouth.
