I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor. My hope is to provide you with a safe and confidential space where you have time to reflect on your thoughts and feelings and begin to process and heal; a space where you feel heard and accepted without any judgement. I am there for you; to listen, to try to understand what life is like for you and to work through, together, the challenges you are facing in a way that feels right for you.
