Life’s pressures and circumstances can often feel too much to deal with alone. As a qualified person-centred counsellor, I offer a safe, warm space to stop and take time out for yourself. Space will be held and you will be heard while we explore your feelings together at your pace.
My intention is to build a trusting relationship that can result in my clients feeling able to cope with the inevitable stresses and strains that come our way. I am willing to explore the effects of traumatic events from both the past and the present with no judgement. If you have been bereaved and your grief feels too much to bear, I can help you to carry your loss in a way that feels more comfortable.
I am a mum of two, enjoy beach walks with my dog and regularly practice yoga. Alongside my private practice I work voluntarily with Penhaligon’s Friends providing one to one support to bereaved children and young people in schools and colleges.
At the present time, I am counselling over 18yrs only but from June 2022 I will be qualified to offer a more creative space to 11 – 18yr olds.
Some waiting lists are currently long for young people, therefore I am willing to make appointments in advance.
