Personal Bio/Info:

Growing up on a diversified livestock farm in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia with my 2 siblings and some unique pets (including a flying squirrel and duck named Put Put!) was an amazing childhood. It afforded me the chance to learn about farm life, gardening, fishing and hunting, as well exploring nature and cultivating a strong sense of responsibility. After studying Wildlife Biology at the University of Montana, I got to work with the US Forest Service and was part of their Wildlife and Fisheries Unit, collecting data that would eventually contribute to the successful reintroduction of wolves to Yellowstone National Park. My career experiences also included non- profit work, including coral reef restoration and international maternal/child health programmes.

However, in 2012 I made the difficult decision to leave corporate life as a product development manager and focus on my health and well-being. In the years that followed, I experienced some health struggles, but those difficulties led me to study Naturopathic Nutrition and take up Colon Hydrotherapy. I’ve since attained a diploma in Menopause Wellness, and I’m committed to continuous study. Above all, I’ve found working with clients one-to-one to be an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling experience: one that allows me to help people overcome health issues and improve their well-being and quality of life.

“For many years I have suffered with tummy/bowel problems but have always been very timid with regard to having a colonic. Having met Jill who is very light hearted, gentle and reassuring at ‘Arcturus‘ I decided it’s now or never! The moment I entered the Colonic Suite I felt relaxed and confident in Jill’s capable hands. She initially talked me through the procedure and then step by step as it was taking place. I felt comfortable throughout and in no doubt I was doing what was right for me. Jill gave me plenty of time after I had the colonic to relax and feel ready to leave. I’ve started taking the probiotics Jill suggested along with electrolytes. My tummy and bowels feel bloat and pain free for the first time in years. I feel amazing. I will undoubtedly have another colonic when Jill suggests. If you have ever had any doubt about having a colonic but feel it would be a healthy option I strongly recommend you arrange to speak to Jill and book an appointment. Thank you very much Jill.” Annie Beach

"Over the years I have had many colonics with different practitioners, some have been excellent, some good, some ok and a couple that would have put me off had it been my first one. Jill has just given me the best one yet. I can’t praise her enough. She was exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable, but her empathy and gentleness made all the difference to a potentially embarrassing treatment. Ever since I was told I had cancer back in 2009 I have been on a quest to live a different, less toxic, more peaceful life and part of that protocol is having a twice-yearly colonic. So many people overlook the importance of our gut and the role it has to play in our overall health and it’s one area I have studied at length. Take care of the right bacteria and they will look after you and keep you a happy and healthy person.” Julie H.

“I had a colonic with Jill and I can say she has utterly changed my life! For the first time in my life I’m having a normal bowel movement, my bloating is virtually non- existent and my joint pain and brain fog have nearly gone. She is a true healer!” Sara L
