Pilates Teacher

I have been practising Pilates for many years, and undertook my teacher training with the renowned Body Control Pilates association, qualifying as a teacher in March 2014.

Pilates targets the deep postural muscles, building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape your body, and improve your posture, achieving balance between strength and flexibility, and is a great way to relieve stress and tension
