I trained with the College of Holistic Health and Nutrition and gained an AIT(dip) in Food Intolerance Testing, which I have been practicing for over three years now.This, combined with my passion for achieving good health, has contributed to me helping many people, find which foods work best for them.
I have since gained an SNHS.Dip. (Holistic Nutrition) and offer Nutritional Therapy sessions, with an emphasis on using correct diet and nutrition to achieve a specified outcome. These could include, weight management, finding a solution to digestive problems, skin problems or lack of energy. Or just tailoring your diet to improve your general health and well-being. I also offer services such as, diet planning, accompanied shopping trips and regular follow ups, to help you successfully achieve your goals.
I offer comprehensive Sports Nutrition sessions, for which I hold a SNHS.Dip. (Sports Nutrition). In these sessions, I cover a variety of areas, relative to anyone involved in any type of regular exercise. The aim being, to understand which types of foods to consume, prior to, and after exercise to avoid unnecessary stress to the body, and gain maximum performance during exercise periods.
We will cover such areas as: weight loss, muscle strengthening and performance enhancing, discuss the importance of nutrients including vitamins, minerals, supplements and organic substances such as: carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
