GET READY FOR SPRING
After a winter of colds, coughs and grey skies, welcome the spring with the boosting properties of Aromatherapy and Essential oils.

Bergamot (Citrus Bergamia) is like instant sunshine in a bottle. Uplifting & refreshing, great for getting rid of dull, winter blues.

Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi) has the benefits of Vitamin C and recovery from those feelings of seasonal affective disorder. Also helps with muscle fatigue and stiffness. Don’t use citrus oils if you’re going on a sunny holiday as the oil may affect your skin colour with tanning. Always dilute essential oils with carrier oil, like sunflower, olive or grapeseed oil, at a proportion of 2 drops to 5mls of oil. Both of these oils may cause an allergic reaction so make your blend and test on the inside of the elbow to see if any itching or redness occurs within 24 hours.

A great way to use these and get the amazing benefits immediately, is by putting them on a tissue and inhaling the lovely smell, or treat yourself to that springtime feeling by having a professional Aromatherapy Massage.
