A client record card will be taken this is information about your medical history to ensure massage is an appropriate treatment
Please wear comfortable clothes .you may be asked to remove your layers and you will be covered with towels.
You will be asked to remove jewellery
After treatment you may feel thirsty it is beneficial to sip water following therapy
Please allow time after your treatment. You may feel tired or sleepy and you are welcome to rest and have a complimentary drink before you leave
