we are multi-faceted and complex beings...who live through complex experiences...yet our needs are simple...
  • to be respected and allowed our dignity
  • to be creative
  • to feel useful
  • to be seen and accepted for who we are
  • to tell and express our story / truth
  • to love and be loved
A therapeutic relationship can’t change the past, but it can support us to come to terms with the experiences we have lived and can make a difference to our future.
