I have practiced pilates for many years and was so impressed with the results I decided to teach it , that was about four years ago , and of all the fitness classes that I teach , pilates has always been one of my favouite classes , personally pilates has helped me maintain a level of fitness far greater than would be expected for my age enabling me to not just take part in but teach , high energy aerobics amongst other fitness classes.

Pilates, a mind body class focusing on core stability and strengh , by applying these techniques you will be able to , lengthen strengthen and tone your body , improve posture and movement , improve balance and co,ordination , veiw it as maintenance for your body and mind especially as we get older.
