Qigong (chi-gung) is the Chinese term for energy work and includes diverse skills such as movement exercise, breathing techniques, self-massage and palm healing. Reiki & Qigong balances the intrinsic energy (Qi) of the body via the acupuncture meridians, promoting health and vitality.
