Clare holds a 1st class honors degree in Philosophy from Durham University, is a Reiki Master, Theta Practitioner, Isis Healing Practitioner, Qualified coach, training with the Satvatove Institute & David Wolf PhD.
She is a member of the Reiki Federation, International Coaching Federation, The Institute of Noetic Sciences and The Scientific & Medical Network. She has been giving healings for 4 years and is fully insured as a healer and coach.

Clare is the organizer of both the Bristol & Cornwall Intuitive Development Group. She runs workshops and retreats in London, Bristol and the Cornwall. She also teaches Reiki levels 1- Masters. She has also written articles on personal & spiritual growth for national magazines, Natural Health and Soul & Spirit.
Prior to setting up metalife, (www.metalife.org.uk), Clare worked in consultancy. In her role she spoke at international conferences in Uk & Europe and lived & worked in China for 2 years.

Soul Sessions: Individual Healing sessions to reconnect to your essence; heal your Mind, Body and Soul
£35 per session. £30 for the first session.

I offer energy healing sessions that draw on the different healing modalities that I've learnt. As such sessions will include energy healing, and also can include meditation and dialogue.
I find that every session is unique and different. I have treated clients suffering from differing degrees of physical pain and emotional traumas through to clients seeking to overcome anxiety, receive support in periods of transition, awaken their inner knowledge or generally improve their wellbeing.
My experience is that as physical, mental & emotional bodies are interconnected, it is often true that seeking healing in one area also leads to improvement in another.
